These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ranga Lounge website (rangalounge.co.uk) and the ordering and reservation services we provide. By placing an order or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Ranga Lounge Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website.
• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with an order reference number.
• We reserve the right to change prices and menu items without prior notice.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
• Free delivery is available on orders of £25 or more. A £2.99 delivery fee applies to orders below this threshold.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• If a delivery attempt fails and we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued minus the delivery fee.

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order has been accepted by the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled.
• If your order is incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Reservations are confirmed via email and are subject to availability.
• Please cancel at least 2 hours before your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £5 per person fee.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this, the table may be released.
• For groups of 9 or more, please contact us directly to arrange.

• Promo codes are subject to individual terms stated at the time of issue.
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.
• Misuse of promotional codes may result in the cancellation of your order and account.

While we take allergen information seriously, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free from any allergen.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is owned by or licensed to Ranga Lounge Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Ranga Lounge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
